Still a bit weary but starting to feel a little more like normal now that my system is recovering from the last lot of chemo. However I know that it starts all over again in a couple of weeks time and I'm not sure that my system will have got back to normal before then, so I'm a little apprehensive about what's to come. Will it be worse than last time, how long will it last, will I be able to enjoy Christmas with the family or will I be asleep for most of it? Who knows?
It's a bit like the current weather patterns. The sun comes out and everything in the garden is rosy, but then the clouds roll in, the rain comes down, and you start to wonder when the sun will come out again - or even at times if it ever will. However not normally being a "whatifer" I've decided to write my own weather forecast.
"Following the current but short bright spell there will be period of inclement and unpredictable weather, but Spring is just around the corner when the sun will come out again".
Come the new year we'll find out whether my weather forecast proved to be correct.
